(she/her)
Are you in a time of transition and feeling anxious, overwhelmed, alone, or even doubting your decisions? Do you feel stuck in the same cycle of high conflict, poor communication, and lack of connection in your relationships? Or do you find that you have difficulty setting boundaries, juggling the many tasks in your day, and often say "yes" when you really want to say "no" to others? I have over 9 years of experience working with individuals, couples, and families going through major life transitions, times of crisis and trauma, marital and relationship difficulties, and those just seeking to feel reconnected with themselves and others. I have an extensive background in working with trauma victims, domestic violence and abuse, and military families but it is my belief that no problem you bring to our session is too large or too small. I'd love to help you on your journey to healing and wholeness.
During your first session we will work together to build a plan of action in order to get you to your goals. If you aren't sure what your goals are yet, that is ok. We can work together to identify your personal goals and the best route to get you there.
The key to successful therapy lies in finding the right therapist who will be your partner in the healing journey. A skilled and empathetic therapist will create a safe space for you to explore your feelings and experiences without judgment. They will actively listen, ask insightful questions, and gently guide you to go deeper when necessary. Addressing the root cause is at the core of my approach, and I am here to walk alongside you on this transformative journey of growth. Through our time together, you will gain insight into your patterns, triggers, and behaviors, empowering you to embrace self-discovery, make conscious choices, and create positive change in your life.

EMDR
EMDR can be effective at addressing trauma history as well as negative beliefs, anxiety, and low self-esteem. EMDR is great at reducing intense reactions to daily stressors by getting to the root of the problem.

I've really enjoyed working with Christine the last few weeks. She's very insightful and helping me work through some long-held beliefs. Both my depression and anxiety symptoms have significantly improved in just 3 weeks!
