I identify as a cis female that prefers the pronouns she/her born in the United States, also identifying as Irish American. I approach therapy as a partnership with my clients in which you are the ultimate decision-maker and I work with you to clear away obstacles and identify opportunities. My clients have successfully overcome or depression, anxiety, OCD, trauma, marital stress, parent-child difficulties, domestic violence, substance abuse, bipolar disorder, and anger issues. My specialties include working with the lgbtqia2s+ community and working with teens!
In our first session, my goal is to get to know you and help you feel comfortable. We’ll talk about what brought you to therapy, what you’re hoping to work on, and any questions or concerns you might have about the process. I’ll ask some background questions so I can better understand your unique story, but you’ll never be pressured to share anything you’re not ready for. Together, we’ll start to identify your goals and discuss how we can work toward them at a pace that feels right for you. Most importantly, you’ll get a sense of what it’s like to work with me—and I invite you to share what you need to feel safe, heard, and supported.

I have over 7 years of working in trauma. I also have my own experiences that drive me to be there for others and to establish trust and obtain goals with the client. This is not about what you need to do, it is about us working together to find positive change and results.
I am not limited on clients. I prefer to avoid anger management or violent clients due to safety concerns
