Hi! I am a licensed Professional Clinical counselor. I am a Nationally Certified Counselor as well. I completed my Masters Degree in Professional Counseling at Lindsey Wilson College. I have been working in the counseling profession for 4 years. I am happy to help others and provide support when you need it most.
In the first session, we will provide each other brief introductions. We will then dive into what are the symptoms and items I can help you with and start working toward completing a treatment plan to fit your needs.
My greatest strengths are helping others with finding purpose in their life’s as well as instilling hope in others. I have experience working with individuals experiencing symptoms from anxiety to OCD to interest in changing careers.
I love working with clients who are searching for their direction in life. I want to help you be able to find out what is a good fit for you. I will support you throughout your journey to finding yourself through counseling.
CBT is utilized through the incorporation of coping skill practices plus the incorporation of working through emotions with talking about experiences.
Person-centered is utilized through each session tailored to fit the needs of each individual.
