My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I help clients breakdown problems into separate parts, then analyze these areas and any negative effects they are having. We can then work to see what can be changed and apply strategies and skills that can be used to manage unhelpful thoughts and behaviors. This helps clients recognize and manage problem thoughts and behaviors and the negative impact these have on their lives.

Meeting with Joy gave me a little bit of hope that things will get better with the reduction of one medication and the addition of a new medication.
