About me

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker experienced in supporting children, adolescents, adults, older adults, and families. I offer a nonjudgmental, supportive space where you can feel heard and respected. I help individuals navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, Bipolar Disorder, Schizophrenia, Schizoaffective Disorder, life transitions, stress, and relationship challenges. I also support overwhelmed parents and those transitioning from hospitalizations who want to build stability and improve their quality of life. My approach is supportive, collaborative, and tailored to you. I use evidence-based methods like CBT, Motivational Interviewing, and a strength-based perspective to help you understand patterns, build coping skills, and create meaningful change. We’ll move at a pace that feels comfortable and aligned with your goals.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session, you’ll have a warm, judgment‑free space to share what brought you to therapy and what you hope to gain. I’ll ask a few questions to understand your needs, and you can ask any of your own. Together, we’ll outline goals and a plan so you leave feeling heard, supported, and hopeful.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

One of the greatest strengths I bring to therapy is my ability to create a space where you feel safe, heard, and accepted as you are. I approach each client with warmth, curiosity, compassion, and without judgment. My approach is collaborative and personalized. Rather than simply telling you what to do, I work alongside you to understand what’s beneath the surface, recognize patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and develop practical tools that align with your goals and your life. In our first session, you’ll have a warm, judgment-free space to share what brought you to therapy and what you hope to gain. Together, we’ll begin identifying goals and creating a plan that feels right for you. I believe therapy can be both supportive and empowering. I’ll meet you where you are while gently challenging you when it can help you grow. My goal is for you to leave sessions with greater clarity, self-awareness, and confidence. Most importantly, therapy should be a place where you can exhale. You don’t need to have everything figured out—you simply need to show up as you are. From there, we can work together toward feeling more balanced, connected, and fulfilled.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

My ideal clients are individuals who are apprehensive, getting ready, or ready to better understand themselves, create meaningful change, and feel more fulfilled in their lives. They may be navigating anxiety, stress, relationship challenges, life transitions, self-doubt, or simply feel stuck and unsure of what comes next. I work well with clients who are open to self-reflection and want a collaborative, supportive space to explore their experiences. Whether you’re looking to build confidence, improve relationships, manage difficult emotions, or gain greater clarity and balance, therapy can provide the support and tools to help you move forward.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients understand the connection between their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Together, we’ll identify patterns that may be contributing to distress and work toward developing more balanced, helpful ways of thinking and responding. CBT is practical and goal-oriented, so sessions may include learning coping strategies, challenging unhelpful thoughts, building new skills, and practicing tools between sessions. My goal is to help you develop skills you can use both in therapy and in everyday life, leading to greater confidence, clarity, and lasting change.
