Stan Rushing has over 20 years of experience helping adults, couples, and adolescents develop and achieve their goals. His goal is to build upon current strengths to assist clients in the healing and growth processes. I don't assume anything about you and I depend upon you to inform me about what you want from therapy. I will work with you to develop your goals and help you to achieve your goals.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

You will experience the first session as a time for you to explain why you want to experience therapy, what you want to achieve from the experience, and for me to answer any of your questions about our therapy relationship. I assume that you are the person that is most knowledgeable about yourself and so I depend upon you to provide me with the information about you that I need to be most helpful to you.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

My strengths are my interest in you, care about you, and creating a comfortable experience that is helpful for your growth and satisfaction.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

I work with adults, couples, and adolescents to assist them in assessing, developing, and achieving their goals.
