Therapy can bring up a lot of things for people. The first session will touch on your life history and what is going on in the present day. The follow up sessions will be about helping you to move forward in your life and heal the wounds. After a while in therapy, a sense that things have shifted and a greater knowledge of what your self needs are will be present. You will be able to identify and have those needs met.

The treatment methods and tools I utilize

I utilize psychodynamic therapy intertwined with art and music to assist you on your journey. Psychodynamic therapy involves assisting you see what is behind the problems you face by giving you a better understanding of your unconscious feelings, thoughts, and past experiences. This helps you to make better choices and feel better long-term. Psychodynamic therapy has been proven to effectively help people dealing with depression, anxiety, paing, and relationship issues. Psychodynamic therapy can strengthen your self-understanding to break self-defeating cycles, help you address issues of avoidance, and improve your understanding of relationship dynamics. One of the biggest benefits of psychodynamic therapy is that it continues to help you long after therapy has ended.
