(she/her)
Hi, I'm Bianca, a Licensed Professional Counselor, Clinical Supervisor, and founder of Untamed Rose Therapy. For more than 10 years, I've helped adults navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, postpartum experiences, relationship concerns, cultural identity challenges, and the challenges that can arise during life's transitions. I believe therapy is most helpful when you feel safe enough to be honest about what you're carrying. My style is warm, genuine, and collaborative. Together, we'll create space to explore what has been weighing on you, better understand your experiences, and identify meaningful steps toward the life you want to build. I understand that reaching out for therapy can feel overwhelming. My goal is to provide a space where you can show up as you are—without needing to have everything figured out. We’ll take time to talk through what’s been happening, what you need most right now, and how therapy can support you. When you are ready, I invite you to reach out. I look forward to connecting with you.
In our first session, you can expect a calm, welcoming space where we start getting to know each other. I’ll ask a few simple questions about what brought you in, and you can share as much or as little as you feel comfortable. We will talk about what you’re hoping for and start thinking about goals together, along with ways we might support you. You’re always welcome to ask questions, too. My hope is that you leave feeling heard, supported, and a little more at ease as we begin working together.
One of my greatest strengths as a therapist is helping clients feel truly heard, understood, and supported. I bring empathy and curiosity into each session, creating a space where it feels safe to talk about trauma, stress, and emotions that can be hard to express. Together, we make sense of patterns and emotions that may feel confusing or hard to put into words, and turn that insight into simple, real-life tools you can use day to day so you feel more grounded, confident, and supported.
The clients I work best with are adults who feel stuck or weighed down by past experiences and want to better understand how those patterns are affecting their present life. I especially connect with first-generation individuals and women navigating postpartum life as they navigate identity shifts, cultural or family expectations and the pressure to hold everything together. I work best with clients who are open to reflection, curious about their patterns, and looking for meaningful change that goes beyond symptom relief and supports a deeper understanding of themselves and how they want to move forward.
