(she/her)
I received my BSN from The University of Kansas Medical Center in 2012 and my MSN from The University of Missouri-Kansas City in 2017. I have been working with adolescents since 2012 in a variety of settings including inpatient, IOP, PHP, and outpatient settings across multiple different locations and hospitals. I have worked with adults in a variety of settings as well including PHP and IOP programs and also, outpatient. I enjoy working with all populations, but as a special interest with mothers that are struggling.
During our first session, we will go through your symptoms you are currently struggling with, your history, and come up with a treatment plan together.
I am very understanding and always listen to each individual. I have a great background within a variety of settings including inpatient, outpatient, PHP, and IOP programs. I have worked with adults, adolescents, and children. I am a very caring person and want to help each individual I work with, feel like they are back to themselves.
I have a lot of experience with children and adolescents that are struggling with eating disorders, self-harming, depression, irritability, and anxiety. I also have a lot of experience with the perinatal women/new moms. I hope to be a small piece of the puzzle in someone's life to get them feeling back to themselves.
Mind-body approach
I like to implement evidenced based supplements as well as other modalities to complement medications and look at the person using both a mind and body approach.
