Hi! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over 20 years of experience providing therapy interventions and support to children, youth, and adults in various locations. I received my undergraduate degree from University of California San Diego and my Master's Degree in Social Work from Boston College. I support adults struggling with anxiety and stress to become the best versions of themselves.
In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions. My treatment approaches create a relational-based and holistic atmosphere of safety, trust, understanding, and acceptance. I use evidence-based treatments with clients. I also encourage and provide opportunities for decision-making, self-responsibility, and building your strengths in our sessions.
