New to Grow
I’m a warm, compassionate therapist who works with adults seeking clarity, healing, and meaningful change. I provide a safe, supportive space where you can feel heard, understood, and respected without judgment. Together, we’ll explore patterns, build practical coping skills, and strengthen your confidence so you can feel more balanced, empowered, and connected in your daily life, relationships, and overall well-being.
In our first session together, here's what you can expect
Our first session is a welcoming, relaxed space where we begin getting to know each other. I’ll ask questions about what’s bringing you to therapy, your goals, and your history, while also making sure you feel comfortable and heard. There’s no pressure to share everything at once—we move at your pace. Together, we’ll start identifying priorities and outline a plan that feels supportive and aligned with what you need.
The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions
One of my greatest strengths is creating a space where adults feel genuinely safe, understood, and supported without judgment. I blend evidence-based approaches with a compassionate, strengths-based lens, tailoring therapy to each client’s unique needs and goals. Clients appreciate my balance of warmth and practicality, as I help them gain insight, build effective coping skills, and create meaningful, lasting change in their lives.
The clients I'm best positioned to serve
You may look like you have it all together on the outside, yet inside feel overwhelmed, anxious, or stuck. You’re thoughtful, self-aware, and ready to better understand yourself and your patterns. You want practical tools—not just talk—to help you feel calmer, more confident, and more balanced. If you’re motivated for growth and open to change, I’m here to support you every step of the way.
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I use CBT to help clients understand how thoughts, emotions, and behaviors are connected. Together, we identify unhelpful patterns and develop practical strategies to create healthier thinking and coping skills that improve daily functioning.
Solution Focused Brief Treatment
With SFBT, we focus on your goals and the strengths you already have. Rather than staying stuck in the problem, we build on what’s working and create small, meaningful steps toward positive change.
Narrative
Narrative therapy helps you explore the stories you hold about yourself and your experiences. We work to separate you from the problem, highlight resilience, and reshape narratives in ways that support growth and self-understanding.
Strength-Based
I use a strengths-based approach to identify and build on your existing resilience, skills, and resources. This perspective empowers you to recognize your capabilities and move forward with confidence.
