As a therapist, I specialize in supporting women navigating the unique challenges of modern life, especially those striving to find a healthier work-life balance. As a single mom of two, I understand firsthand the demands of juggling parenting, career, and personal well-being. I’ve built my practice from the ground up while managing the chaos, and I bring that real-life experience into my work with clients. I help women reconnect with their strengths, find clarity amid the noise, and feel like their best, most empowered selves.

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

As a very solution-focused therapist, I aim to provide practical tools and supportive guidance that empower her to take meaningful action. Every session is designed to leave her feeling stronger, more self-assured, and equipped to navigate challenges with a renewed sense of confidence and direction.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

One of my greatest strengths as a therapist is my direct, rational approach. I'm solution-oriented and focused on helping clients find the smartest, most effective ways to move through challenges. I believe in getting to the heart of the issue with honesty and clarity, always from a place of support. Having faced many personal struggles myself, I offer an extremely non-judgmental perspective and understand that life can be messy and complicated. I genuinely believe that women need to support one another more, and I carry that same energy into my practice as I do in my personal life—uplifting, empowering, and always walking alongside my clients with empathy and strength.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

Most of my clients are women seeking greater self-esteem, confidence, and clarity amidst the various stressors life may bring. She may be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or uncertain, but is open to growth and ready to explore new ways of thinking and being.

My treatment methods

Supportive

As a therapist, I use supportive talk therapy to create a safe, non-judgmental environment where clients feel heard and understood. This foundation allows me to assess where the client is emotionally and mentally, gaining insight into their current challenges and strengths. I incorporate motivational interviewing techniques to help clarify the client’s personal goals, exploring their own motivations for change. Through thoughtful, open-ended questions and reflective listening, we work together to identify realistic steps and create a plan tailored to their values and aspirations.
