LICSW, 15 years of experience
New to Grow
“I believe it takes a village for a person to reach their highest self. My approach is rooted in compassion, guided by purpose, and held in peace.” I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master’s in Social Work and more than 25 years of experience across child welfare, schools, psychiatric hospitals, crisis hotlines, and community mental health agencies. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside children, adolescents, and adults as they navigate life’s challenges and transitions.
When you work with me, you can expect a safe, welcoming, and nonjudgmental space where your story is honored. My approach is trauma-informed, holistic, and multicultural, which means I meet you where you are and respect the unique experiences that shape who you are. Together, we’ll work to ease fear and doubt while building resilience, courage, and inner peace. You can also expect practical tools, encouragement, and steady support as you move forward on your journey to purpose and healing.
My approach is trauma-informed, holistic, and multicultural, with a special focus on helping individuals move through anxiety, depression, and fear. I believe in honoring each person’s unique story and walking alongside you as you build resilience, embrace your purpose, and find peace.
You may feel stuck in anxiety, depression, or fear and want both a safe space to be heard and tools to move forward. If you value compassion with clear guidance and are ready to take steps—at your own pace—toward resilience, purpose, and peace, this approach may be a good fit for you.
I often integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) into my approach because it gives clients practical tools to better understand and reshape the thoughts and patterns that may be holding them back. CBT is a structured, evidence-based method that helps identify unhelpful thought patterns, challenge them with compassion, and replace them with healthier perspectives that support growth and healing.
