(she/her)
A certified Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapist and consultant offering tools to provide relief from the emotions that run through your body and seem to control your mind. For example, you know you're safe, but your body feels like it's constantly on guard. Are emotions becoming problematic or uncontrollable and seem to impact your productivity? I work collaboratively to support your goals that give you hope and optimism towards a fulfilling future. I have over 12 years experience as a trauma therapist helping military, veterans, and law enforcement. I am a Board Certified Marriage and Family Therapist and clinical supervisor. I enjoy integrating evidence-based tools to support personal growth, performance, and relationships success.
Expect to receive a welcome email. It explains some administrative processes. In our first session together, we'll start with some brief introductions, then shift into the specific challenges you're dealing with and brings you into therapy. This will help us both to collaboratively create a plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.
