A women becoming a new mom, an adolescent going away to college, moving to a new school or a new city, all of these life transitions can bring excitement but at time bring up doubt, stress, loneliness, frustration and many other unexpected emotions and feelings. Though it can be hard to accept you need help I commend you for taking the first step to inner peace and total wellness. You have decided to work on the most important person in your life YOU! What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our sessions, you will learn skills for coping, building confidence, and effective communication. You will also practice mindfulness, compassion, self-love, and self-care, learn how to set boundaries, and learn how to reflect on situations through a different lens. Our session is a time where you can truly express what you really feel without fear; it’s a safe space where processing takes place and, the more transparent you are, the better. I respect and value the opportunity to assist and support my clients and help them thrive.

I specialize in pregnancy/postpartum mental health, life transitions with teens/adults and women's mental health. In our work together we will focus on the source that is causing distress in your life and create a plan to help you meet your goal/s. I’m here to help you overcome barriers that keep you stuck and get you to a place of joy and fulfillment.
