(she/her)
Hello! My name is Mary Bagrier and I am your Licensed Professional Counselor. After working in the mental/behavioral health field for over 11 years, I specialize in working with individuals who experience anxiety, depression, mood disorders, Bipolar Disorder, ADHD, Schizophrenia, Psychosis, Schizoaffective Disorder Bipolar Type, and trauma, with goals to understand their triggers as well as needing assistance with coping/managing their emotions. I assist individuals through eclectic evidenced based therapy and provide each person with a therapeutic environment. I boast in providing my clients with active listening, supportive feedback, and a calming, non-judgmental space. I have over 11 years of experience working in the Mental Health field with 10 years of Counseling.
Our first session would consist of getting to know each other, which involves going over your goals/needs for treatment, as well as going over your expectations, and what is expected of you. I make sure to share with my clients that it is important to understand that psychotherapy is a collaborative relationship which is a significant part to your treatment. It is important for me to make you feel comfortable and to create a safe space for you during our first meeting.
What makes me unique is that I tailor my therapeutic approach according to each individual's needs. My practice is that there is "no one size fits all". I use an eclectic approach since each individual deserves their own tailored treatment plan due to everyone's diverse needs. It is important to meet my clients where they are and to make sure they are heard, valued, and respected.

I tailor each individual's treatment plans according to their needs by using various types of modalities for therapy (eclectic treatment). Since therapy is not a one size fits all method, eclectic treatment meets the needs for a diverse culture.
