Hi! I'm a Licensed Professional Counsellor (LPC) based in Texas. I received my Masters from the Western Kentucky University and have been practicing for as a therapist for over 30 years, LPC since 2008. I help adults and young adults over 12, struggling with life transitions, substance use issues, mood disorders, and relationship issues. I have worked in Inpatient Psych, Inpatient Substance Use Disorder treatment, provided Family Interventions to help people get into treatment for Substance Use, and assisted people with Personality Disorders to adjust to difficulties in life and improve their coping skills.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

To meet someone who is interested and commited to assist you in learning about, strategizing, and coaching/counseling you as you move through you difficulties bringing you to therapy. We will work on collaborating as a team in supporting you through your current difficulties.
