First session
After the first session, clients can expect to do homework to help process the things they want to work on and to have a better understanding of what was discussed in the session.
Strengths
I feel my biggest strength is empathetic practices which is something I naturally have within me. I feel that we can never say what we would have done in a situation if we've never been in it so there's no judgment. I like to process things with clients to help come up with solutions and to process different ways to positively handle negative situations that may come.
