I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor providing telehealth therapy to adolescents, adults, and couples across Texas, Louisiana, and Florida. My approach is both practical and supportive, combining evidence-based strategies with a warm, collaborative style. I work to help clients feel understood while also building real-life tools they can use to manage stress, improve relationships, and navigate life transitions. I focus on helping clients gain insight into their thoughts and behaviors, strengthen coping skills, and make meaningful, measurable progress toward their personal and emotional goals. My aim is to create a space where clients feel comfortable, supported, and empowered to make lasting change.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session, we’ll take time to get to know each other and begin building a comfortable, supportive foundation. I’ll ask questions to better understand what’s bringing you to therapy, your current challenges, and what you hope to gain from the process. We’ll explore relevant background information at a pace that feels right for you, and you’re always welcome to share only what you feel comfortable discussing. I’ll also explain how I work, answer any questions you may have, and collaborate with you to identify initial goals for our time together. By the end of the session, you can expect to have a clearer sense of direction and what working together will look like moving forward.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My greatest strengths as a therapist are my ability to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space while also providing clear, practical guidance. I balance warmth and empathy with a structured, goal-oriented approach, helping clients not only feel understood but also make meaningful progress. I integrate evidence-based methods like CBT and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy to help clients identify patterns, shift unhelpful thinking, and build effective coping strategies they can apply in everyday life. Clients often appreciate my direct yet compassionate style, as well as my focus on developing real, measurable change rather than just talking through problems.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I work best with adolescents and adults who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or are navigating life transitions, anxiety, and relationship challenges. My ideal clients may feel unsure of their next steps but are open to self-reflection and willing to engage in the process of change. I support individuals who want to better understand their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors while building practical, goal-oriented skills they can apply in daily life. Whether you are facing stress related to school, work, or personal relationships, I aim to provide a structured yet supportive space where you can develop effective coping strategies, gain clarity, and create meaningful, lasting change.
