About me

Hello! My name is Tabriceia (she/her) and I am a licensed Professional Counselor. I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work. I provide trauma informed, evidence-based counseling to children, adolescents and adults. I have experience working with clients to address trauma, anxiety, depression, stress, and crisis-related concerns. My clinical approach is person-centered care, and I am committed to creating a compassionate, empowering therapeutic environment that supports healing, resilience, and meaningful personal growth.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In your first session, you can expect a welcoming and nonjudgmental space. You can also expect to discuss what brings you to therapy, your experiences, your strengths, and your goals. Together, we will begin identifying areas for growth and discussing what meaningful change may look like for you. My goal is to help you feel heard, seen, and empowered as we begin building a collaborative therapeutic relationship.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I combine a person-centered, restorative, and empowerment-focused approach with trauma-informed and evidence-based interventions. By incorporating Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, clients are supported in understanding their experiences, connecting with their values, and developing meaningful strategies for lasting growth.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

My ideal client is anyone seeking support with trauma-related concerns, life transitions, or difficulties with emotional coping and behavioral regulation. I work well with individuals who are ready to actively participate in their therapeutic process and are interested in developing practical skills, challenging unhelpful patterns, processing difficult experiences, and building greater psychological flexibility and resilience. My approach integrates trauma-informed care with evidence-based modalities, with treatment tailored to the client’s developmental stage, goals, and individual needs.
