LCSW, 10 years of experience
New to Grow
Exploring our mental health can sometimes be an overwhelming and daunting experience, especially in our current climate. Having a safe, comfortable, and nonjudgmental space to share your personal experiences is the foundation of the therapeutic process and can be the environment that you require in order to take the necessary steps to feeling whole again. My approach has always fostered a compassionate, client centered focus where your needs are put first and you are provided the freedom to be the expert in your life journey and meeting your personal goals along the way.
Our first session will cover your primary concerns and why brought you to therapy. We will move at your pace along the way!
My goal is to provide a therapeutic, understanding environment where your needs are most important. I’ve found a client centered approach can be the most helpful during trying times.
My professional experience has allowed me to work through challenges such as anxiety, depression, addiction, self image issues, family/marital concerns and traumatic life events. By addressing these concerns, my hope is that you will then experience improvements in your overall mood and self-esteem so you are able to navigate your life freely once again.
Interventions that I have found most helpful in my professional career as a mental health provider are modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Functional Family Therapy and Solution Focused Therapy.
