Feeling overwhelmed, tired, or stuck—and wondering if anything can really help? You don’t have to figure it all out on your own. Therapy can be a place to slow down, make sense of what you’re experiencing, and begin finding relief, even when your circumstances feel difficult or unchangeable. I’m an experienced mental health clinician with 14 years of experience working across outpatient, residential, and school-based settings. I work collaboratively with professionals, young adults, and teens who may be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, uncertain, or ready to make meaningful changes in their lives.

You don't need to figure it out alone. I have 14 years of clinical experience helping individuals navigate anxiety, trauma, and complex life situations with a warm, direct, empowering, and solution-focused approach.

My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and solution-focused. I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy to help clients understand patterns that may be contributing to distress, develop practical tools for navigating challenges, and identify realistic steps toward change. I take a holistic approach, recognizing that mental health is connected to the whole picture of your life—including relationships, work or school, stress, emotions, values, hobbies, current coping strategies and daily routines. Rather than trying to change everything at once, we’ll focus on small, meaningful changes that can support greater balance and overall well-being.

First session

I hope that after your first session with me you feel heard, supported, and hopeful that you can find relief.

Strengths

My therapeutic approach is grounded in collaboration, compassion, and helping clients identify meaningful, achievable solutions. I draw primarily from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Narrative Therapy to support clients in recognizing patterns that contribute to distress, building practical coping strategies, and exploring realistic opportunities for growth. I take a holistic approach to therapy, considering how relationships, daily experiences, emotions, and other aspects of life influence overall well-being.

Ideal clients

Adults and young adults navigating anxiety, trauma, depression, life transitions, difficult relationships, or burnout. Particularly resonant for college-aged students, women in complex life transitions, and people from underserved communities who are ready for a therapist who will actually engage with them. Therapy with me can be a good fit for those who are ready to take small, meaningful steps toward change. You don’t have to change everything at once or have a clear picture of where you’re headed. Together, we can explore what feels important to you, build on your strengths, and identify manageable steps that support greater balance, confidence, and well-being.

Treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I do CBT and Solution-Focused Therapy to support people in identifying their thoughts, emotions, and behavior and the interconnectedness of them in order to find patterns that are no longer working for them and develop small meaningful changes to support their over all wellbeing. I believe in looking at things holistically as our sleep, social life, work, family, physical activity, and everyday routine have large impacts on our emotional state. I support people to find balance in their lives and feel grounded.
