My treatment methods

Acceptance and commitment (ACT)

ACT helps you stop fighting painful thoughts and feelings and instead learn to make room for them while still moving toward what matters most to you. Rather than trying to "fix" or eliminate difficult emotions, you'll develop psychological flexibility — the ability to stay grounded and take meaningful action even when life feels hard. ACT is powerful for people who feel stuck, burned out, or disconnected from purpose and want to live with greater freedom and intention.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

CBT helps you identify the thought patterns and beliefs that are keeping you stuck, then teaches you practical tools to challenge and change them. By understanding the connection between your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, you gain the power to respond to life's challenges in healthier ways. CBT is highly effective for anxiety, depression, and stress, and most people notice meaningful shifts within a relatively short period of time.

Dialectical Behavior (DBT)

DBT is designed for people who feel emotions intensely and struggle to find balance — it gives you concrete skills to manage overwhelming feelings without acting in ways you later regret. You'll learn four core skill sets all of which work together to help you build a life that feels worth living. DBT is especially helpful if you find yourself in cycles of crisis, self-destructive behavior, or turbulent relationships.

EMDR

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is a research-backed therapy that helps your brain process traumatic memories that are stuck and continuing to cause pain, fear, or distress in the present. Through guided eye movements or other forms of bilateral stimulation, your nervous system is supported in digesting and integrating these experiences so they no longer feel so raw or overwhelming. Many people find that EMDR leads to profound healing in fewer sessions than traditional talk therapy, even for long-standing trauma.

Narrative

Narrative therapy is built on the belief that you are not your problems — instead, it helps you examine the stories you've been telling about yourself and reclaim authorship of your own life. By separating who you are from the struggles you're facing, you gain perspective and begin to recognize your own strengths, values, and resilience. This approach is especially meaningful for people who have internalized negative messages about themselves and are ready to rewrite the story on their own terms.
