Do you wish there was more connection, fun and fulfillment in your relationships? Maybe there was an affair, or maybe the fire just isn't burning as bright as it used to? My name is Steve, and I have a passion for helping others re-connect, find a sense of shared meaning and explore all that a good relationship has to offer. Using a toolkit consisting of solid evidenced based practices, we can work together to find strategies that work best to help you heal. You can breathe easy knowing the therapeutic relationship and environment is prioritized in our session, as we work to make the space feel open, free of judgement, and person-centered. I'll bring along the skills learned through completing level 2 of Gottman Method, along with years of experience practicing with a variety of other modalities that can be tailored to fit you!

Your goals are my goals! We can prioritize interventions that help you feel better, or work together to increase insight and understanding and build a long term therapeutic relationship.
The treatment methods and tools I utilize
I utilize the Gottman Method and have completed level 2 training. In addition, we will look to identify the connection between thoughts, emotions, and behaviors utilizing methods that are best suited for you which include but are not limited to Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions
I enjoy working in the realm of relationships. Sometimes this means couples counseling and other times I am helping individuals find happiness in their current relationship, identify patterns from previous ones, strengthening confidence and insight so they can be the best partner moving forward, or maybe even assisting in the process of grieving the loss of a relationship.
