I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with more than 33 years of experience in healthcare and a deep passion for supporting mental wellness. Since becoming a PMHNP in 2016, I have provided care for adults and adolescents navigating anxiety, depression, mood disorders, ADHD, and PTSD. I believe in meeting each person where they are, taking the time to truly listen and understand their unique experiences.
