Spending your days replaying conversations, struggling to start tasks, or feeling like your brain just works differently can be exhausting. ADHD can leave you feeling constantly behind, anxiety keeps the inner noise turned up, and depression makes it hard to stay connected. I work with adults navigating these patterns, as well as individuals processing trauma or working through substance use. Whether you’re trying to quiet the noise or figure out why you process the world differently, sessions feel like a real, grounded conversation with low pressure, genuine warmth, and plenty of space to think out loud. Within a few weeks, people start noticing patterns they hadn't seen before, like what drives the cycle and what actually helps. I draw from CBT, DBT, ACT, motivational interviewing, and psychodynamic therapy. Instead of a rigid model, I use these tools flexibly, focusing on actionable strategies, self-awareness, and approaches tailored specifically to you. How we learned to connect early in life shows up everywhere, from our communication to our boundaries and daily stress. My goal is to help you understand who you are, make sense of what has gotten in the way, and build practical tools that fit your life.

First session

In your first session, we'll spend time reviewing your mental health history and discussing what you'd like to get out of therapy. This helps us build a shared understanding of where you're starting from and set clear goals for our work together.

Strengths

I bring a natural balance of holding space for you to process at your own pace, while also asking exploratory questions that help you dig deeper and gently challenging thought patterns that may be holding you back. My approach isn't just about listening, it's about helping you grow.

Ideal clients

My ideal client is someone navigating ADHD, anxiety, and/or depression. Someone who wants a space to process what they're going through while also walking away with practical tools for managing life's stress. You might be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure where to start and that's okay. Whether you're looking to be heard, find clarity, or build real strategies for change, I'm here to meet you where you are, at your own pace.

Treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients recognize their stress responses and the automatic thoughts that come with them. From there, we work together to reframe or balance these thoughts, which can help reduce the anxiety and overwhelm they create giving you more control over how you respond to life's challenges.

Acceptance and commitment (ACT)

I use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help clients notice difficult thoughts and feelings without getting stuck or overwhelmed by them. Rather than fighting or avoiding stress, we work on building a different relationship with it, one rooted in acceptance. From there, we focus on clarifying your values and taking meaningful action, even when anxiety or hard emotions are present.

Motivational Interviewing

I use Motivational Interviewing (MI) to help clients explore their own reasons for change, rather than feeling pushed or told what to do. Through curious, nonjudgmental conversation, we work together to uncover what truly matters to you, address any ambivalence, and build motivation that comes from within. This approach honors your autonomy while supporting you in moving toward the life you want.
