Hi, I’m Danielle, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker providing insight-oriented therapy for adults navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, life transitions, and the lasting impact of earlier experiences. I offer a space that is thoughtful, steady, and grounded—where you can slow down, reflect, and begin to understand yourself more fully. This kind of therapy does not promise quick fixes. Instead, it offers something more enduring: insight, self-awareness, and the capacity to choose differently. As understanding deepens, clients often experience greater self-trust, flexibility, and alignment between their inner values and outward lives. Throughout the process, I hold a steady focus on your existing strengths, resilience, and potential for growth.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

The first session is a more guided meeting where I help lead the conversation so we can begin understanding what brings you to therapy and what feels most important right now. We’ll talk about your current concerns, what you’ve been experiencing emotionally, and what you’re hoping might feel different or better. You’re welcome to share at your own pace—there’s no expectation to tell everything at once. The following session often continues building this foundation, with some additional information-gathering to better understand your history, relationships, and patterns, while still allowing space for a natural, organic conversation. My goal is to develop a thoughtful, whole-person understanding of both your struggles and your strengths. The therapeutic relationship itself is the most important part of this process. Early sessions are as much about helping you feel safe, understood, and comfortable as they are about gathering information. We’ll also pay attention to how the fit feels for you, since a strong sense of trust and connection is essential for meaningful work. From there, therapy typically settles into a collaborative rhythm focused on identifying patterns, deepening insight, and clarifying what you want for yourself moving forward.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

One of my greatest strengths as a therapist is helping clients notice and understand the patterns that shape how they feel, relate, and move through their lives. I tend to listen for what’s beneath the surface, connecting present struggles with the experiences and beliefs that formed them, while also keeping sight of the strengths and resilience already there. Clients often share that they feel deeply understood in our work together, sometimes in ways that feel new or relieving.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I am best positioned to work with adults who are thoughtful, self-reflective, and motivated to understand themselves more deeply—not just to reduce distress, but to live with greater clarity and alignment. Many of the clients I work with are navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, life transitions, identity questions, or the lingering emotional impact of earlier experiences. Often, they arrive with a sense that something in their lives or patterns isn’t working the way they want, even if they can’t fully explain why. My approach is especially helpful for people who notice recurring patterns—perhaps in relationships, self-criticism, emotional reactions, or decision-making—and want to understand what drives those patterns and how to shift them. Clients who benefit most from this work tend to be curious about their inner world and open to exploring how past experiences, attachment dynamics, and internalized beliefs shape their present lives. They may feel stuck between who they’ve been and who they sense they could become, and want support bridging that gap.

My treatment methods

Psychodynamic

My work is insight-oriented and rooted in psychodynamic therapy, meaning we look beneath the surface of current struggles to understand the deeper patterns and experiences that formed them. Together, we make meaning of emotional reactions and relational patterns so clients can move from automatic responses toward greater self-awareness, flexibility, and healing.
