My treatment methods

Strength-Based

For over 25 years I've used a strength-based approach in my work. I think it is important to focus on abilities, knowledge and capacities rather than deficits or things that are lacking. I believe that everyone is capable of growth, learning and changed life.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I’ve been using CBT in my practice for over 25 years. We’ll use CBT to recognize how your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors influence each other. We will then use that knowledge to change your thinking patterns, which will help you lead a less anxious and stressed life.
