New to Grow
I am a doctoral-level therapist who believes that the right therapeutic relationship can change everything. I work with adults moving through life's harder seasons — relationship struggles, personal growth, anxiety, and the weight of everyday stress — as well as parents raising children through school challenges, screen overuse, and mental health difficulties. In our sessions, you can expect warmth, honesty, and a space where nothing is off limits. I will never push you faster than you are ready to go, but I will gently challenge you when it serves your growth. I believe that real change does not come from advice — it comes from helping you reconnect with your own wisdom and build the kind of relationships, both with yourself and others, that allow you to truly thrive. If you are ready for thoughtful, caring work with someone genuinely invested in your story, I would love to connect.
Our first session is simply a chance to get to know each other. I will ask about what brought you in, what life looks like for you right now, and what you are hoping therapy might offer. There is no pressure to share everything at once — we move at your pace. My goal for that first meeting is for you to leave feeling heard, a little lighter, and clearer about whether we are the right fit for each other."
My unique strength lies in bringing together doctoral-level expertise and genuine relational warmth — a combination that creates real, lasting change. Clients leave with greater self-awareness, stronger relationships and renewed confidence in navigating their lives. Parents find a healthier balance between connection and boundaries, and families who once felt stuck find new ways of understanding each other and themselves.
I work especially well with parents navigating the very modern, very real challenges of raising children today — from school anxiety and academic struggles to screen overuse and mental health diagnoses like ADHD, anxiety, or depression. My goal is to help you feel less alone in it, more confident in your role, and more connected to the child in front of you.
Attachment-based
My work is rooted in attachment theory, with the belief that healing happens most deeply within the context of a safe, trusting relationship. I strive to be the kind of steady, compassionate presence that allows you to explore even the most vulnerable parts of your story.
Trauma Informed Care
I approach every client through a trauma-informed lens, recognizing that so much of what brings people to therapy — the anxiety, the numbness, the self-doubt — often has roots in experiences that were simply too much to carry alone. My goal is to help you make sense of your story with compassion, not judgment.
Family Therapy
I also have a special place in my heart for family work, particularly supporting parents in developing the kind of relationship with their children where love and limits go hand in hand
Motivational Interviewing
Change is hard, and wanting things to be different while also feeling stuck is one of the most human experiences there is. Through Motivational Interviewing, I create a space where ambivalence is welcomed rather than rushed past — because real, lasting change grows from within, not from pressure.
