With a faith-based perspective, I provide solution-focused & mindfulness-based cognitive therapy strategies to promote individual care for client growth. I communicate with compassion, directness, and an emphasis on problem solving strategies. My faith-based perspective informs my supportive and pragmatic approach to helping you develop greater coping skills towards personal growth and healing. Over the past 20+ years, I have partnered with Federal, County, and Private Agencies in meeting the needs of diverse clientele populations.

Solution Focused Brief Treatment
This treatment has been utilized more often for years by myself and is used to focus on daily issues and/or difficulties. The goal is to build on client personal strengths, present actions that interfere with life and defining specific goals for therapy.
