I am a highly motivated board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. I have over 15 years of nursing experience. I specialize in medication management for diagnosis in adults such as ADHD, depression, anxiety PTSD, Bipolar etc. I also provide brief psychosocial therapy, in addition to education, and coping skills. I am a compassionate provider that makes sure my patients feel comfortable, safe, and secure during all treatment sessions.
In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.
My therapeutic approach entails offering active communication, patient-center and holistic care. I am 100% dedicated in the delivery of quality care utilizing evidence-based practice. I believe in working closely with clients in helping them to achieve an optimal level of health and wellness. I believe communication is the key in any relationship, including the patient/provider relationship.
I have been providing individualized quality psychiatric care consisting of comprehensive assessments, medication management, and individualized psychosocial therapy to clients suffering from numerous chronic conditions such as ADHD, depression, anxiety, adjustment disorders, and PTSD for the past 7 years. I have clinical experience working with clients with severe mental illnesses, such as Depression, Anxiety, PTSD, Adjustment Disorders, and Bipolar Disorders.
