New to Grow
I’m a bilingual (Spanish/English) Latinx Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) with eight years of clinical experience. I offer a safe, inclusive, and culturally responsive space for healing and growth. I provide therapy for adolescents, adults, couples, and families supporting individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, identity exploration, and life transitions. Whether you’re processing past experiences or seeking to build healthier patterns in the present, my goal is to meet you where you are—with empathy, respect, and collaboration.
Our first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and begin building a strong therapeutic relationship. We’ll talk about what brought you to therapy, the challenges you’re facing, and what you hope to accomplish. I’ll ask questions to better understand your experiences, strengths, and goals so we can create a plan that fits your unique needs. My goal is to provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, respected, and comfortable sharing at your own pace. Therapy is a collaborative process, and we’ll work together to help you move toward the changes that matter most to you.
One of my greatest strengths as a therapist is balancing honesty with compassion. My approach is direct, yet warm and empathetic, providing thoughtful feedback while ensuring you feel supported throughout the process. I strive to create a nonjudgmental space where you can be your authentic self and feel heard, respected, and understood. I believe meaningful growth often happens just outside of our comfort zones. While I’ll meet you where you are and hold space for your experiences, I’ll also gently challenge unhelpful patterns and encourage you to take steps toward the goals that matter most to you. With strong listening skills, an open-minded perspective, and genuine compassion, I work collaboratively with each client to foster insight, resilience, and lasting change.
I work best with clients who are ready to invest in themselves and are open to growth, even when it feels uncomfortable. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, depression, stress, relationship challenges, or life transitions, I provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can show up as your authentic self. If you’re looking for a therapist who will listen with empathy, meet you with compassion, and also gently challenge you to break unhelpful patterns and create meaningful change, we may be a great fit. Together, we’ll build on your strengths, develop practical tools, and work toward the goals that matter most to you.

I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Person-Centered approaches to help you explore how thoughts impact emotions and behavior. Together, we'll challenge unhelpful thoughts in a supportive space and work toward meaningful, lasting change.
Couples Counseling
I work with couples and families to strengthen communication, deepen understanding, and explore the barriers that may be getting in the way of meaningful change. I use a variety of therapeutic approaches, including the Gottman Method, to help each person gain insight into their own experiences while also developing a better understanding of one another and the dynamics within the relationship. My goal is to create a supportive space where couples and families can build connection, improve communication, and work toward healthier, more fulfilling relationships.
Culturally Sensitive Therapy
My Latinx heritage and LGBTQIA+ identity are important parts of who I am and influence the way I show up as a therapist. I understand the importance of feeling accepted, respected, and truly seen, especially when navigating the impact of culture, family expectations, identity, and personal experiences. I strive to create a safe, affirming, and nonjudgmental space where you can bring your whole self into therapy. I recognize that everyone’s journey is unique, and I approach our work together with curiosity, compassion, and cultural sensitivity. My goal is to honor your experiences, validate your perspective, and support you in exploring challenges, building on your strengths, and creating meaningful change in a way that feels authentic to you.
