I’m a psychiatric nurse practitioner who takes a whole-person, compassionate approach to mental health. I support adults navigating anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, and life transitions, helping them gain clarity, balance, and lasting emotional wellbeing. My goal is to help you feel understood and genuinely supported on your healing journey. I’m committed to providing a safe, collaborative space where you can grow and heal. I have been in your shoes before and understand how hard this can be. We will walk through this together, so you are not alone in this struggle.
In our first session, we’ll take time to talk through your concerns, your symptoms, and what’s been affecting your daily life. I’ll ask thoughtful questions, listen closely, and begin to understand your goals. Together, we’ll create an initial plan that feels supportive, realistic, and tailored to your needs, so you leave with clarity and a sense of direction. You are never judged, feel open to share anything you need to with me.
My greatest strengths are my ability to listen deeply, my whole-person perspective, and my dedication to truly understanding what you’re going through rather than just treating symptoms. I blend evidence-based care with compassion, insight, and a collaborative approach, helping clients feel safe, supported, and empowered to make meaningful, lasting changes in their mental and emotional wellbeing. I truly care and promise to always be caring, compassionate, and empathetic towards the struggles you are currently facing.
My ideal clients are adults who are ready for a more holistic and thoughtful approach to mental health—people who want more than quick fixes and are looking to understand the root of what they’re experiencing. I especially enjoy working with clients navigating anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, burnout, and major life transitions who want to feel supported, heard, and genuinely guided toward lasting change. I will treat ADHD with NON-STIMULANT meds (no stimulants will be prescribed)
Other specialties
I identify as
Compassion Focused
incorporate compassion-focused approaches to help clients reduce self-criticism, shame, and negative self-talk while building a kinder and more supportive inner voice. Many clients struggle with perfectionism or feeling “not enough,” and this approach helps shift those patterns. I use gentle, evidence-informed strategies that emphasize understanding, self-acceptance, and emotional healing, allowing you to feel safer, calmer, and more grounded as you move forward.
Eclectic
use an eclectic approach, which means I draw from multiple therapeutic styles rather than using a one-size-fits-all method. Every client is unique, so I blend evidence-based techniques—including cognitive, mindfulness, and compassion-focused strategies—to match what you need in each moment. This allows us to personalize your treatment and create a flexible plan that grows with you over time.
Integrative
I take an integrative approach, meaning I look at the whole picture—mind, body, lifestyle, and emotional wellbeing. I combine evidence-based psychiatric care with supportive, holistic strategies that address root causes rather than only symptoms. This approach allows me to consider biology, stress, trauma, and personal history while helping you develop healthier patterns, resilience, and long-term emotional balance.
Psychoeducation
I use psychoeducation to help clients clearly understand their symptoms, diagnoses, and treatment options in a way that feels empowering rather than overwhelming. When you understand what’s happening and why, you can make informed decisions and feel more in control of your mental health. My goal is to provide clarity, reduce confusion, and help you confidently navigate your healing process.
Supportive
I use a supportive approach to provide a safe, validating space where you can talk openly without fear of judgment. Together, we explore challenges, emotions, and goals while building confidence, self-compassion, and healthier coping skills. My role is to help you feel deeply understood, emotionally held, and steadily supported as you navigate difficult experiences and work toward meaningful change.
