About me

I’m a licensed marriage and family therapist who believes that healing begins with safety, curiosity, and compassion. My work integrates evidence-based approaches with a deep respect for each person’s unique story and inner wisdom. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, or relationship challenges, I provide a grounded, empathetic space to help you reconnect with your strengths and move toward meaningful change. I draw from Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR, Nonviolent Communication (NVC), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Depth Psychology, and Solution-Focused Therapy to support transformation on both emotional and practical levels. Our work together blends insight with action—combining gentle exploration with concrete tools for growth and self-understanding. I work with children, teens, adults, couples, and families who are ready to move beyond old patterns and toward more secure connection, confidence, and peace. My goal is to help you cultivate a sense of Self energy—calm, clarity, and compassion—so you can live from your center, experience greater contentment, and bring your gifts more fully into the world.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

Our first session is a chance for us to slow down, get to know each other, and create a sense of safety and connection. I’ll invite you to share what brings you to therapy, what’s been most challenging, and what you hope might be different in your life or relationships. We’ll explore both the practical concerns and the emotional landscape behind them, so I can get a clear picture of how to best support you. I believe that therapy begins with one human being connecting to another. While I’ve trained in many evidence-based tools and approaches, what matters most is finding what works uniquely for you. I bring flexibility and curiosity to each session, integrating techniques as needed and adjusting based on your feedback so that our work remains collaborative and responsive to your experience. By the end of our initial meeting, you’ll have a sense of what therapy with me feels like—grounded, empathic, and practical—and we’ll outline a path forward that feels both hopeful and achievable.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My greatest strength lies in blending deep empathy with practical, results-oriented guidance. I bring a calm, grounded presence that helps clients feel seen, understood, and safe enough to explore what truly matters. From there, we build momentum toward real change—emotional, relational, and spiritual. I draw from a wide range of approaches, including Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR, Nonviolent Communication (NVC), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Depth Psychology, and Solution-Focused Therapy. This allows me to tailor each session to your needs, balancing insight and self-awareness with concrete tools you can apply in daily life. Clients often tell me that my approach feels both soulful and practical—helping them find clarity, confidence, and peace while learning how to navigate challenges more skillfully. My goal is always the same: to help you feel more connected to yourself and others, reclaim your inner strength, and move through life with greater authenticity, purpose, and joy.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I work best with individuals, couples, and families who are ready for meaningful change. Many of my clients come to therapy during times of transition—when old ways of coping no longer work, relationships feel strained, or a deeper sense of purpose and peace feels just out of reach. My clients are often seeking more fulfilling relationships, emotional balance, and a renewed connection to what brings them joy, passion, and meaning. They may feel “stuck” in patterns of conflict, anxiety, or self-doubt, yet sense that something greater is possible. Together, we uncover the deeper dynamics at play, heal what’s been holding you back, and cultivate the clarity and confidence to move forward. I especially enjoy working with caregivers, helping professionals, creatives, spiritual seekers, and anyone drawn to self-discovery and growth. My approach is supportive and practical, blending warmth and insight with clear strategies for creating the life and relationships you want.
