Hi, I’m Anna, a Licensed Therapist in New York. If you’re feeling anxious, drained, or like you’re carrying a lot on your own, you don’t have to do it alone. I believe healing begins when we feel genuinely seen. In our work together, I offer a calm, supportive space where you can slow down, make sense of your emotional and nervous system responses, and build practical coping skills that fit your life. My style is collaborative, focused on emotional regulation, self-awareness, and strengthening self-confidence over time. I work with clients from diverse backgrounds, respect each person’s values and beliefs, and provide therapy in both Mandarin and English.

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In the first session, we’ll focus on understanding what brings you to therapy and what you’d like to change or improve. You don’t need to have everything figured out. This is a space to share at your own pace, ask questions, and begin building trust. We’ll talk about current challenges, what has or hasn’t worked in the past, and what support may feel most helpful right now. We’ll also begin identifying goals and approaches that feel realistic and meaningful.

I create an environment where clients feel heard, understood, and supported without judgment, while helping clients develop practical tools to manage anxiety, regulate emotions, and navigate stress more effectively. I value feedback and adjust the therapeutic approach to ensure sessions feel supportive, relevant, and responsive. My goal is to help clients build resilience, confidence, and self-trust.
