LCSW (she/her)3 years of experience

Life can feel heavy for all kinds of reasons. You might be feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, struggling with ADHD, navigating depression, dealing with relationship challenges, or simply feeling like you've lost your footing after a stressful season of life. Whatever brings you here, you don't have to figure it out alone. I work with children, adolescents, and adults facing a variety of concerns, including anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, family conflict, life transitions, and relationship difficulties. My goal is to provide a warm, supportive space where you feel comfortable being yourself while we work together to better understand what's contributing to your challenges and develop practical strategies that help you feel more grounded, confident, and in control.

First session

Our first session is simply a chance for us to get to know each other. We'll talk about what's been weighing on you, what you're hoping will be different, and what progress would look like for you. As we work together, you can expect compassion, collaboration, and practical support. My hope is that therapy becomes a place where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to move through life's challenges with greater confidence and clarity.

Strengths

My approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), EMDR-informed interventions, Narrative Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy. Whether you're working through anxiety, panic attacks, trauma, family conflict, or relationship challenges, we'll focus on building emotional regulation skills, strengthening resilience, and creating meaningful, lasting change in your daily life.

Ideal clients

My ideal clients are teens, young adults, and women who are navigating life's challenges and looking for a supportive space to grow. They may feel stuck, uncertain, or disconnected from themselves, but they're open to self-exploration and motivated to make meaningful changes. Together, we will work toward creating lasting growth, resilience, and a life that feels more balanced and fulfilling.

Treatment methods

EMDR

I use Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to help clients process distressing experiences and reduce the emotional impact of painful memories. EMDR is an evidence-based therapy that can be effective for trauma, anxiety, negative self-beliefs, and other concerns that may stem from past experiences. I tailor the process to each client's needs, moving at a pace that feels safe and comfortable. Before beginning memory processing, we focus on building coping skills, emotional regulation, and a strong therapeutic relationship so clients feel prepared and supported throughout treatment. My goal is to help clients heal from the past, develop healthier beliefs about themselves, and move forward with greater confidence and resilience.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients identify and change unhelpful patterns of thinking and behavior that may be contributing to emotional distress. Together, we explore how thoughts, emotions, and behaviors are connected and develop practical strategies to manage challenges such as anxiety, depression, stress, low self-esteem, and life transitions. CBT is a collaborative, goal-oriented approach that equips clients with tools they can apply in everyday life, helping them build healthier coping skills, increase confidence, and create lasting positive change.
