Hi! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 13 years of experience providing therapy services to those suffering from depression, anxiety, PTSD, grief, trauma and co-occuring disorders. My philosophy is that there are no mistakes in life, they are simply lessons to learn and grow from. I am a firm believer that you can find your strength when you overcome challenges.

First session
In our first session together after brief introductions I will gather pertinent history and information regarding the challenges you are facing to help develop a treatment plan for future sessions.

I believe my greatest strengths is my ability to meet my consumers where they are at with empathy and no judgement.
Ideal clients
As an empowerment therapist I have years of experience working with children and adults. However at this time my focus is on teenagers and adults. I welcome all cultures, backgrounds, sexual orientations and religions. I strive to provide a safe, nonjudgmental environment where you will feel safe to disclose and process through issues and challenges that may be weighing you down.
