New to Grow
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over 10 years of experience supporting children, teens, adults, and families. Throughout my career, I have worked closely with individuals navigating life transitions, relationship challenges, and emotional stressors. I also have experience working with couples and families to strengthen communication, rebuild trust, and foster healthier dynamics. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and centered on creating a safe space where clients feel heard, supported, and empowered to grow.
In our first session together, here's what you can expect
During our first session, we will take time to get to know each other and explore what brings you to therapy. I will ask questions about your current concerns, personal history, relationships, and goals to better understand your unique experiences. This is also an opportunity for you to share what you hope to gain from therapy and ask any questions you may have about the process. My goal in our first meeting is to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you feel heard and understood. Together, we will begin identifying priorities and discuss a plan that feels aligned with your needs and goals.
The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions
One of my greatest strengths as a therapist is helping clients successfully navigate difficult life transitions and heal from past trauma while building practical skills to manage severe anxiety, depression, and panic disorder. I have seen meaningful progress in clients who once felt overwhelmed or stuck, guiding them toward greater stability, clarity, and emotional resilience. My work is goal-oriented and collaborative. I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, and a holistic approach to treatment. This allows me to support both symptom relief and deeper personal growth. I focus not only on reducing distress but also on empowering clients with tools, insight, and confidence to create lasting change in their lives.
The clients I'm best positioned to serve
I am best positioned to support individuals, couples, and families who are navigating relationship challenges, life transitions, and the impact of past experiences on their present functioning. Many of my clients struggle with anxiety, self-esteem, boundary-setting, communication difficulties, or healing from emotional or relational trauma. I work well with clients who are ready to gain insight into their patterns, strengthen their sense of self, and develop healthier ways of relating to others. Whether you are feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or uncertain about your next steps, I provide a supportive space to process your experiences and work toward meaningful, lasting change.
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I have over 10 years of experience providing therapeutic services using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I have used it to help my clients achieve their desired outcome, whether that be feeling better or helping them engage in behaviors that makes them feel better.
