As a therapist, I offer a safe place for you to identify and address your problems as you process through your own story to create better ending. Whether you are facing difficulties in managing stress, anxiety, depression or you wish to overcome trauma, seeking therapeutic assistance is a healthy step toward evolving into a better version of yourself. Engaging in the therapeutic process can be hard and overwhelming. I provide sessions that are supportive and nonjudgmental, while challenging negative thoughts and behaviors that sometimes prohibit needed growth and change.
In our first session together, you can expect that I will share a brief introduction of my therapeutic style. We will start to explore specific challenges you are facing and the reasons that you are seeking therapy. Together we will develop a plan that will help me to understand your needs and support you along the way in your therapeutic journey.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
In my sessions, I employ Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to recognize and confront negative or unproductive thought patterns, substituting them with more realistic and constructive alternatives. This process involves utilizing journals, worksheets, identifying detrimental thought patterns, cognitive restructuring, exposure therapy, mindfulness techniques, and behavioral activation.
Solution Focused Brief Treatment
I utilize Solution Focused Therapy, integrating principles and practices of positive psychology, to assist clients in effecting change by developing solutions instead of concentrating on issues. I hold the belief that every individual possesses the answer to their challenges, which is why I emphasize the strengths and resources of my clients while helping them to envision a desired future.
