(she/her)
Hi! My name is Elizibeth and I am a licensed social worker of 9 years. I am passionate about empowering children, families, and adults with a strengths-based and holistic approach. Specializing in trauma, ADHD, anxiety, mood disorders, and autism, I meet clients where they are, using evidence-based modalities like Cognitive processing therapy, ACT, motivational interviewing, internal family systems, and psychoeducation. I am dedicated to fostering resilience and growth through a person-in-environment lens. Let's work together to build a brighter path forward.
Your first therapy session is a chance for us to get to know each other and begin understanding what brings you in. You don’t need to prepare anything perfectly or know exactly what to say - we’ll start wherever feels most comfortable for you. During the first session, we’ll usually talk about: What’s been going on in your life recently The concerns, challenges, or goals that led you to seek therapy Your personal background, relationships, work, family, or health history Any previous experiences with therapy or mental health support What you hope to gain from counseling I’ll also explain how therapy works, including confidentiality, scheduling, and what our work together may look like moving forward.
What stands out about my therapeutic approach is that I focus on creating a space where clients feel both supported and genuinely understood while also working toward meaningful, practical change. I believe therapy should feel collaborative, not clinical or one-sided. I also have numerous settings of experience including private practice, addiction, school setting, children and adolescents, and families.
I’m best positioned to serve individuals who are navigating trauma, major life stressors, and difficult transitions. Whether you’re processing past experiences, adjusting to unexpected changes, or feeling overwhelmed by the demands of everyday life, I provide a supportive and compassionate space to help you heal, gain clarity, and move forward with greater confidence. I work collaboratively with clients to build resilience, strengthen coping skills, and foster meaningful personal growth at a pace that feels safe and manageable.
