Welcome to taking that first step towards healing your mental health. Counseling help us to cope with anxiety, depression, stress and trauma. We all have the capacity within ourselves to have happy, healthy & productive lives. I incorporate CBT and trauma therapy to help you achieve your goals. I specialize in anxiety, depression, stress and trauma. If I find your issues are beyond my scope and practice, I will refer you to other therapists, etc. You are welcome to stop therapy at anytime and change therapists. We can review this together and explore options.

In our first session, we will review your goals and I will complete the assessment. We will discuss how we can achieve your goals. If you issues are beyond my scope and practice, I will refer to other therapists.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My biggest strengths include that I am able to give them tools, techniques and homework to assist them with their goals. I am a good listener and I can at times question client's cognitive distortions or faulty thinking that may contribute to their issues. I explore the client's past history and review if this is still affecting them today.
