(she/her)
I’m a therapist who helps people slow down, make sense of their inner world, and build lives that feel more aligned and sustainable. My style is collaborative and down‑to‑earth; I focus on creating a space where you can be honest without judgment and explore what’s getting in the way of the life you want. Whether you’re navigating stress, relationships, identity, or major transitions, I work with you to uncover patterns, strengthen resilience, and move toward meaningful change.
A first session tends to feel like a gentle settling‑in. Clients can expect a conversation that moves at their pace, where the focus is simply getting to know what brings them in and what life has been like lately. We’ll talk together about what you’re hoping for, what feels hard right now, and any history—personal, relational, or family‑system‑related—that feels important to name. For families, especially foster, adoptive, or CPS‑involved families, the session often includes space to understand the dynamics, the roles each person holds, and the experiences that shaped the current moment. There’s no pressure to have everything figured out; the goal is to create a sense of safety, clarity, and partnership so they walk away knowing they don’t have to navigate things alone.
My greatest strengths as a therapist are my open‑mindedness, my ability to truly understand where people are coming from, and my commitment to creating a space free of judgment. I show up with honesty and transparency, so clients—whether individuals or families—always know they’re in a relationship built on trust. These qualities help people feel safe enough to explore the hard stuff, speak openly, and move toward real, meaningful change.
I work best with individuals and families navigating the impact of complex trauma, attachment wounds, or system‑involvement stress who are seeking a therapeutic relationship that feels steady, structured, and emotionally safe. My ideal clients are reflective and curious, often carrying patterns shaped by early environments where safety was inconsistent. They may feel overwhelmed by big emotions, misunderstood in past relationships, or unsure how to break long‑standing cycles. In our work together, they value clarity, collaboration, and a calm, grounded presence that helps them make sense of their nervous system, their relationships, and their story; without judgment and without pressure.

All of my work experience has been working with people who have experienced trauma. I utilize trauma informed care in all my work as well as providing education to love ones on trauma and working on self-love. I've worked with kids in foster care, post-adoption therapy, family therapy.
Acceptance and commitment (ACT)
I work with clients on while things are not always fair, it's important to acknowledge, accept, and work on committing to their own well-being and improving areas in their lives.
Child Parent Psychotherapy
I've worked with numerous family systems (foster, bio families, and adoptive families) on building better communication and understanding between the parents and children and reducing family stress.
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
Work with clients on how to change unwanted behaviors or behaviors perceived to be unacceptable by others and/or making the client feel more confident in their selves.
Culturally Sensitive Therapy
I acknowledge, respect, and value the cultural backgrounds of clients in a therapeutic setting. I understand that culture influences how people see the world, express emotions, seek help, and even define mental health.
