What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

Together, we will identify your challenges and goals - where you want your life to be a month, six months, a year from now. Then, we will identify options and strategies you can use to get there. You will leave the session with a better understanding of what you are facing with an "actions I can take right now" approach.

What treatment methods and tools do you utilize?

I utilize various treatment methods in helping my clients. The particular treatment methods depend on the client and their needs. With that said, my therapeutic approach is eclectic typically blending Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Brief therapy (SFBT), Motivational Enhancement Techniques (MET), Dialect Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and the Gottman Method.

I want to help you gain clarity, and build a healthy lifestyle that allows you draw from your personal strength. I work from a strengths-based and solution-focused perspective. I want to get to know you, understand what you care about and what you seek to accomplish. I believe in building trust and providing a safe place to heal and grow.
