(she/her)
I offer a warm, compassionate space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and life experiences with honesty and without judgment. My approach to counseling is integrative, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), existential, and humanistic traditions to support meaningful, lasting change. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, life transitions, relationship challenges, or a search for deeper purpose, I aim to walk alongside you with curiosity, care, and collaboration. My goal is to help you reconnect with your inner strengths and create a life that feels more aligned, grounded, and fulfilling.
Through CBT, we work together to identify and shift unhelpful thought patterns and behaviors that may be holding you back. From an existential perspective, I help you explore questions of meaning, purpose, acceptance, freedom, and identity—especially during times of transition or uncertainty. My humanistic foundation emphasizes your inherent worth, autonomy, and capacity for growth, meeting you with empathy, authenticity, and respect.
I also offer spiritually integrated psychotherapy for those who wish to include their spiritual or faith beliefs as part of the healing process. This can be a powerful resource for finding deeper connection, resilience, and meaning, and I honor each person’s unique spiritual path.
You might be feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure of what comes next- caught between wanting things to change and not knowing how, or wondering if change is even possible. Anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, and life transitions can bring up fear, doubt, and a sense of ambiguity that’s hard to sit with alone. I work with individuals who are ready to explore these challenges at their own pace, whether that means making meaningful changes or learning how to accept what feels uncertain or out of their control. Together, we create a space where you don’t have to have all the answers. We can gently unpack what’s weighing on you, build clarity where things feel confusing, and develop new ways of relating to yourself and your experiences. Growth doesn’t require having everything figured out—it starts with a willingness to show up, even in the midst of fear. You don’t have to navigate that process alone.
