In our first session together, here's what you can expect

Let's take it at your pace. You might want to start at the beginning of your life and get me up to speed slowly, or you might prefer jumping right into the heart of what you are struggling with. We will find the right balance of structure and freedom that serves your therapeutic goals.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My work as a therapist has been beneficial to my clients because of my life experiences, knowledge of the current best practices, and my compassion and empathy for my clients.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

There are many reasons people come to therapy. We all have an innate need to belong, be supported, and understood. I place a strong emphasis on compassion and empathy and provide a safe space for clients to move forward. This emotional space for clients allows them to examine their personal experiences in a confidential and nurturing environment. While building a unique relationship clients can explore their personal feelings and emotions, habits, insecurities, beliefs and perceptions with curiosity rather than judgment and ultimately become the best version of themselves.

My treatment methods

Compassion Focused

Often one's wounds and maladaptive ways of living are rooted in the lack of compassionate parents, friends, and partners. Receiving compassion and learning to accept it and internalize it can be both healing and transformative.
