Jill Beloch
Hi, I'm Jill! I'm a therapist committed to creating an affirming and inviting environment for the folks I work with. I've been practicing since 2017, and focus on working with members of the LGBTQIA+ Community. Finding a therapist and going to therapy can be tough, so I do my best to create a space where you can be yourself, open up, and even have the occasional laugh together. I'm glad you're here, and am looking forward to working together.
First session
Whether it be relief, motivation, or a sense of calm, I work to ensure that the folks who trust me to be their therapist leave our sessions with some clarity and some curiosity to keep coming back so we can continue to learn and grow together.
Strengths
As I take an affirming, liberating approach to therapy to create a space where the folks I work with can have an affirming, authentic experience where they are able to learn about themselves and interact with the world around them in a way that works for them.
Ideal clients
In order for therapy to be useful and rewarding, we'll need to take time to get to know each other and cultivate a supportive, open, and non-judgmental environment where growth, learning, and healing can occur. From there, together we'll identify what your goals for therapy are, collaboratively develop a path to achieve those goals, and work together to get you to where you'd like to be.
Treatment methods
Gender-affirming therapy
I provide a welcoming, affirming space for the folks I work wit by exploring their gender, identity, and providing assistance in obtaining medicalized gender-affirming care, name changes, etc.
Eclectic
Therapy works differently for everyone, together we will find the modalities that best suit your needs, goals, and expectations for therapy.
