Hi, I’m Jessica, a licensed mental health counselor passionate about supporting women, young adults, and families through anxiety, emotional overwhelm, life transitions, and fertility-related stress. My approach is compassionate, grounded, and evidence-based, blending CBT, ACT, and mindfulness to support both emotional and mind-body healing. I strive to create a safe, non-judgmental space where clients feel truly seen, supported, and empowered to grow.
In our first session together, here's what you can expect
Life can feel heavy when your mind and body are constantly in “survival mode.” Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, relationship struggles, fertility concerns, or big life changes, therapy can be a space to breathe, reflect, and gently rebuild your connection to yourself. My work is rooted in compassion, curiosity, and evidence-based care. I draw primarily from CBT and ACT principles, along with mindfulness and emotion-focused techniques, to help you understand your thoughts, regulate your emotions, and reconnect with your inner strength. I also approach therapy through a mind-body lens, recognizing how stress, hormones, and nervous system patterns influence mental health. This allows for deeper, more holistic healing — not just symptom management. In our sessions, we will move at your pace, but with intention. My goal is to help you feel safe enough to explore, strong enough to grow, and supported enough to heal.
The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions
I bring both professional expertise and a deep, personal understanding of women’s emotional and hormonal experiences. Clients often tell me they feel deeply seen, validated, and supported — while also challenged in the most empowering ways.
