Hello there! Are you searching for inner peace? Brighter days? Quieter thoughts? Then you have come to the right place! I have been a social worker for 19 years, having graduated from NYU's clinical Master's program in 2005. I have had an illustrious career and am now choosing to flourish in the private practice arena. What I offer you is a judgment free space using modalities that are tailored to your personal needs. I mainly use a framework from Narrative Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help you overcome and empower you with PTSD, trauma, anxiety, and depression...to name.a few. You are more than a diagnosis. I also use a mindfulness approach and will help you discover what relaxation techniques work best for you. So let's start this journey together and sojourn towards a new you!
