I believe in collaboration and I don't have a set agenda for each session. My specialties are religious trauma and relationships. I use a solution focused approach to help you identify the steps needed for wellness and growth. I believe that therapy should be a space to have hard conversations and my clients always have my full attention. Life is tough and sometimes you just need a space where you can talk freely without being judged or talked down to. I don't have any set agenda and I want clients to feel comfortable sharing what they're thinking.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

A first session with me involves asking some initial questions to find out more about you and what you're looking for. I also like to work with my clients to create some goals in the first session.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

My greatest strength as a provider is that I listen intently and my clients have my full attention. Living in a world full of distractions, safe spaces are at a premium these days.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

I enjoy collaborating with my clients on finding the best path forward. I believe in being solution and client focused because that's how change can occur. I bring a relational lens to my work with individuals and I believe in honest conversations. If you're tired of feeling stuck in your life, work, or relationship, let's talk about it.
