I believe in collaboration and I don't have a set agenda for each session. My specialties are religious trauma and relationships. I use a solution focused approach to help you identify the steps needed for wellness and growth. I believe that therapy should be a space to have hard conversations and my clients always have my full attention. Life is tough and sometimes you just need a space where you can talk freely without being judged or talked down to. I don't have any set agenda and I want clients to feel comfortable sharing what they're thinking.
A first session with me involves asking some initial questions to find out more about you and what you're looking for. I also like to work with my clients to create some goals in the first session.
My greatest strength as a provider is that I listen intently and my clients have my full attention. Living in a world full of distractions, safe spaces are at a premium these days.
I believe that it's important that therapy is a safe space to tell your story and find ways to change your own narrative.
I work with my client to find coping skills that help them stay in the present.
I maintain neutrality as I work with couples to better understand and assist them in addressing their challenges.
