It can be difficult to navigate life’s challenges when you are experiencing mental pain and suffering. We will work together to ease your pain and help you become a more peaceful and happier version of yourself. I utilize a holistic approach to mental health that combines both traditional medications and complementary treatments that are evidence-based. I treat a variety of mental health conditions such as depression, anxiety, PTSD, OCD, ADHD, and substance use disorders.
With a small practice, I can devote time to individualize the treatment for each patient. I use multiple approaches to treatment including medications, therapy, diet, and lifestyle changes to improve overall health. I offer services both in person and virtually and accept patients with immediate availability.
I work to guide clients to incorporate supplements and natural remedies alongside traditional treatment to optimize their health and well-being. I also utilize brief therapy alongside medication management to optimize our time together.
